I'm past the contemplative and planning stage. It's time to move into action. So tomorrow I am starting on the Isagenix 30 day cleanse and weightloss plan. I am also starting back to the gym.
I've always had a good run with doing one or the other but never both at the same time. So this will be a change for me.
30 days of sticking to a strict diet and excercise regimen. It will be tough. I have no doubt.
I have a friend that will do it with me. And you dear reader. You'll come along for the ride-- won't you?
I am excited to see where it will take me this month.
I am also nervous. So I will be posting here as much as possible. Sharing my pain and my triumphs.
To my chagrin, I will post my total inches but not my individual ones. I am too raw at this point to share those. The total is bad enough.

Gah! It's the sum of quite a few body parts that certainly need to lose at least 1-2 or maybe 10 inches all around.
I know I said I would consider posting a pic. I am feeling shy about that too at this point. I will take one and maybe later I will feel like sharing it. I mean, you people who know me personally can see the weight in spite of the clothing.
My weight at this point?
175 lbs.
I am 50 lbs heavier than before children.
I'm almost as heavy as when I was fully pregnant with them.
It makes me cringe to admit it.
But I am going to be honest with you about every aspect of this journey my friends.
So here I am. My "naked" numbers in front of you for full scrutiny.
So let's get started!
